Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to purchase products from PepFlow. By placing an order, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or research organization acquiring materials for legitimate laboratory research.

Products & Intended Use

PepFlow supplies research-grade peptides and related compounds ("Products") for laboratory research use only. Products are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or animal use. You agree that you will not:

• Consume, inject, ingest, or otherwise administer the Products to any human or animal.
• Resell, repackage, or redistribute the Products to any third party for non-research use.
• Use the Products in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic setting.
• Use the Products in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by PepFlow. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be intended for non-research use. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before Products are shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer next-day shipping on orders placed before the daily cutoff, subject to product availability and carrier operating conditions. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and PepFlow is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or force-majeure disruptions.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final. Products may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged once shipped. Please review our full No Returns Policy for details.

Quality & Disclaimer

PepFlow tests every production run to premium quality standards. However, Products are supplied "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are solely responsible for determining whether any Product is suitable for your intended research application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepFlow LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or Products. In no event will PepFlow's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PepFlow LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

All content on the PepFlow site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the PepFlow name and marks — is the property of PepFlow LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

Affiliate Program

Participation in the PepFlow Affiliate Program is subject to additional terms provided at enrollment. Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, disclosure, and anti-spam laws. PepFlow may modify or terminate the program at any time and may withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, misuse, or breach of program terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or refuse future orders at any time, for any reason, without notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PepFlow LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Products will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
